Flags: Master Legend - Basic Rock Types/Structures This legend is comprised of symbols and graphic representations for a general range of sedimentary, metamoprhic, igneous and anthroturbational geologic materials that would be used to generate flag images representing site-specific geologic information for the Geology Flags Project. Because of the variation and complexity of geologic materials and structures, flags for specific sites will likely be a combination, hybrid or permutation of one or more of the symbols shown. The color swatches on the lower left indicate a range of colors available for nylon flag cloth. SF
